(FREELANCE – 12hrs a week, 3 days with 4hr shifts)

THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: 

As UOMA Beauty Selling Specialist and Make-up Artist you will be championing & modeling the Brand along with having the responsibility of meeting/ exceeding sales goals, providing WOW guest satisfaction through make-up application and extensive knowledge of products along with maintaining instore, vendor relationships and holding mini brand events to bring further brand awareness. UOMA Beauty will empower you with the tools you need to make your mark. 

YOU WILL BE TASKED WITH: 

  • Championing and modeling UOMA Beauty vision, values, and mission
  • Attracting guests to UOMA Beauty to experience brand & products 
  • Proven track record of meeting/ exceeding sales goals by closing the sale
    (sales goal min expectations $100 per hour/ $400 per shift resulting in $1200 a week) 
  • Ability to demonstrate and apply products to guest for desired results 
  • Ability to hold mini ‘events’ to create additional brand awareness 
  • Proven ability to monitor inventory & execute merchandising directives 
  • Promoting UOMA Beauty to instore colleagues by passing on Brand knowledge 
  • Adhering to UOMA Beauty & Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards 

ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS: 

  • 2-3+ Years driving retail sales goals within store environment 
  • 2-3+ Years in make-up artistry & application 
  • Ability to flex to changing priorities 
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends & holidays 
  • Ability to attend business meetings/ trainings
  • Knowledge of Outlook & Excel
